Overview

We provide students with high quality classes taught by students who have worked countless hours in the topics they teach and have mastered the ins-and-outs of their subject.

We truly put in the effort to make sure our students are engaged throughout the course through the means of having office hours, to holding fun, creative projects, and more!

Classes are for all aspiring students in middle and high school!

Summer Wrap-up Classes

Computer Science

Intro to Web Development

We will explore the basics of HTML, Javascript, and CSS to eventually create our own dynamic websites! We will also learn how to code efficiently with the various tools at our disposal, including exploring IDEs, the Chrome Developer Console, and more.

Time: Fridays, 4pm-5:30pm

Web Development: Backend with NodeJS

We will be exploring how to set up a web server with NodeJS and use the power that backend website development has to offer to create websites that are more interactive and expansive!

Time: Thursdays, 4pm-5:30pm

Intro to C++

In Intro to C++, we will dive into the inner workings of C++, learn what C++ is, how it works and how to use it with its object-oriented capabilities! We will explore essential coding concepts found across many object-oriented languages and learn basic programming norms that make project development easier!

Time: Tuesdays, 4pm-5:30pm

Mathematics

All of our teachers for mathematics have achieved the high honor roll at AB and high grades in the math courses they have taken at AB.

Geometry

We will be traversing high school Geometry at a fast pace and giving a students a head-start to the math they will face in high school and beyond! Geometry will be taught with the textbook used in from a high school Geometry course.

Algebra II

We will be exploring high school Algebra II at a fast pace and laying the foundation of math for students entering higher education and eventually their professional career.

Time: Mondays, 4pm-5:30pm

SAT Math Preparation

In SAT Math Prep, we will go over each question type that appears for math and make sure our students know how to answer each question correctly and efficiently. We will also go over how to solve word problems in a timely manner and other challenge problems that can be found on the test which commonly trip students up.
